What We Are Looking For

This is not a remote work position. You must be able to work in our office in Las Vegas. We are looking for a self-disciplined Client Relations Manager to partner with and ensure the long-term happiness of our clients. Our Client Relations Managers (CRMs) are the primary points of contact and project leads for our clients. They act as high-level leaders, coordinate amazing client experiences, and liaise between the internal project team and the client successfully. You may work on many projects at one time from large state projects to e-commerce, so keeping calm in a fast-paced environment is important. You will also need to be able to juggle multiple tasks with grace and soundness of mind.

Organization is crucial. A CRM is under steady pressure to take information, organize it, and devise strategies to effectively communicate client goals, all within the budget and timeline. The CRM we’re looking for will strike a perfect balance between warmth and friendliness, and leadership and coaching. If you’re self-motivated, positive, and don’t require hand-holding, you will thrive here.But you can’t be just a great PM, you have to understand the web, usability, conversion, SEO, business objectives and how to use design to drive the goals of your client.

What You Will Do

  • 1Create a positive, memorable experience that leaves a lasting impact on the client.
  • 2Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • 3Effectively communicate between clients and internal team to keep everyone on the same page
  • 4Take leadership and a coaching position with all involved in the project, and tactfully guide the client with best industry advice and experience
  • 5Prioritize deadlines and workflow to meet client budgets and timelines
  • 6Communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience managing client relationships, preferably within a creative or digital marketing agency
  • Keen attention to detail, time frames and budgetary restraints
  • Understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content strategy, and web design
  • Excellent listening and diplomacy skills
  • BA or BS in marketing, communication, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Teamwork & WordPress is an added bonus
  • Experience working with large scale businesses and communicating on an executive level
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, very organized
